Your Family-Owned Community Market
Pierce’s tradition of quality, service and value
started in 1924 with our founders William and Anna Pierce
and a small store on Walnut Street in Downtown Baraboo. Since
then we have grown to meet the needs of our customers with
locations in East and West Baraboo, Madison, Muscoda and
our newest addition—the Pierce's Marketplace in Portage.
Rich in family heritage, our stores have always remained
family owned and are now operated by Dave and Angie Pierce,
descendants of the original founders.
A Strong Commitment to Quality and the Community Through over 80 years of service, one thing that has never changed is our commitment to bring you the best. As an independent grocer, you know you can always count on us to truly listen to the needs of our customers.
We also believe in giving back to the community. The people in the communities where our stores call home are not only our customers, but our neighbors as well. To show our support for these communities we actively participate in building the community and reaching out to its members. From helping launch a Boys and Girls Club in Baraboo, to sponsoring Muscoda’s Annual Mushroom Festival—we are proud to be your community market. |
